If you have any doubts, difficulties or questions for using the lonac community, or in case of any system error, you can contact us by clicking on the bubble in the lower right corner of the page. After that, lonac technical support will contact you shortly.
By clicking on the icon in the lower right corner of the page, a window with a form will open.
In the "Summary" field, enter the question, in the "Description" field, explain in more detail what it is about, and in the last field, enter the e-mail address to which you will receive an answer to the query. You can use the "Attachment" field, e.g. to add a screenshot, to make it easier for our technical support team to find the cause of the problem.
Click on the "Send" button and someone from technical support will contact you shortly.
